Written by Gary Portnoy and Estelle Levitt, Gary Portnoy recorded the original version in 1980 for his self titled album. Gary also co-wrote "I Still Believe In Me", "I Was Only Trying To Help" and "Face To Face". He is more famously known for writing the theme to "Cheers" "Where Everybody knows Your Name".
