It’s December 4th and the weather is beautiful and cool in Kuwait. I’m off today and playing my Christmas music while drinking my morning coffee. This is one of my favorite Christmas songs by Mariah Carey. I play it over and over in my car and drive my friends crazy. I know every word so I am usually singing the entire song.
Since I am so limited with my time lately, I decided to do all of my Christmas shopping online. I am almost finished thanks to Macy’s, Nordstrom’s, Neiman Marcus, Bath and Body Works, Amazon.com and Football Fanatics websites. I did some serious damage to my credit card and enjoyed every minute of it. I just wish I could be in the USA when my family and friends open their presents. I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect gift and I just know they are going to love them.
The true spirit of Christmas is about the birth of Jesus Christ, giving to others and spending time with friends, family and loved ones. I have one big wish for Santa Claus this year but that’s a secret. ;P My favorite gift from Santa as a child was a giant Snoopy. I slept with him every night for many years. Wherever you may be in the world I am wishing you a lovely and safe holiday season.
