Arab Times, KUWAIT CITY, May 21, 2010: Criminal Investigation Department officials arrested 64 youths, including Kuwaitis and expatriates, for harassing and molesting female students outside the Basic Training College and tonsured their heads, took their photo and made them write a pledge that they will never get involved in such activities again, reports Al-Rai daily.
The arrests were made during a two-day campaign and all the youths were referred to the Criminal Investigation Department, note sources.
